You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.\nYou'll play a key role in delivering high-quality automation and control-command systems for traction projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering Teams, Cybersecurity teams, Field Operations, and Support Functions), ensure technical monitoring of subcontractors, and provide technical support to field operations, and much more.\nYou’ll specifically take care of defining architectures for automation systems and providing technical and interface specifications while assisting with automation interfaces and risk management. You’ll also contribute to Return of Experience (REX) analysis to improve future projects.\nWe’ll look to you for:\nPerforming automation basic engineering activities for projects or programs\n\nDefining architectures for automation and control-command systems\n\nProviding technical and interface specifications for automation systems\n\nEnsuring technical monitoring of subcontractors for automation programs and cubicles\n\nParticipating in factory acceptance tests for automation systems\n\nProviding technical support to Field Operations teams for design-related issues\n\nParticipating in the Change & Configuration process, including managing automation configuration lists\n\nContributing to Return of Experience (REX) activities\n\nAll about you\nWe value passion and attitude over experience. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:\nDegree in Automation Systems Engineering\n\nAt least 5 years of experience in automation systems (preferably in railway transportation)\n\nExperience in test and commissioning or troubleshooting\n\nKnowledge of electrical installation (high voltage, medium voltage, and low voltage)\n\nFluent in English; knowledge of Arabic and/or French is a plus\n\nAutonomy, motivation, initiative, and a passion for technical topics\n\nYou don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
