You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.\nYou'll play a key role in delivering efficient and reliable electrical systems for our traction projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering teams, field operations, and support functions), assist the POS Project Engineering Manager with engineering activities, and ensure compliance with technical and quality standards.\nYou’ll specifically take care of developing electrical architectures, technical specifications, and functional designs, but also support the validation of supplier equipment and provide technical expertise to field operations teams.\nWe’ll look to you for:\nPerforming high voltage, medium voltage, traction, and low voltage basic engineering activities\n\nProviding electrical architectures, technical specifications, and interface specifications\n\nDeveloping calculation notes to support design decisions\n\nValidating supplier equipment offers and technical drawings\n\nSupporting factory test procedures and participating in factory acceptance tests\n\nCoordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering teams, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors\n\nProviding technical support to field operations teams\n\nParticipating in the creation of as-built documentation and Return of Experience (REX) reviews\n\nAll about you\nWe value passion and attitude over experience. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:\nDegree in Electrical Engineering or a related field\n\nA minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in railway transportation\n\nStrong knowledge of electrical installations, including high voltage, medium voltage, and low voltage systems\n\nExperience in developing technical and functional specifications\n\nFamiliarity with factory acceptance testing processes\n\nAutonomy, motivation, and initiative, with an interest in technical topics\n\nFluent English; knowledge of Arabic or French is desirable\n\nYou don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
