The role ensures that all equipment and systems are installed, tested, and commissioned in accordance with engineering specifications, safety standards, and project requirements.\nMAIN RESPONSABILITIES :\nKey Accountabilities:\nExecute on-site testing and commissioning of power supply systems (MV/LV equipment, traction systems, transformers, protection systems, control and automation). \nPerform functional tests, insulation/megger tests, continuity checks, torque verifications, and panel energization procedures. \nEnsure compliance with engineering documentation, FAT/SAT procedures, technical standards, and QCD criteria.\nClear and Exhaustive understanding of the Customer Acceptance Criteria.\nManage the development and supply of test procedures, facilities and tools for RS sites and depots\nEnsure that test procedures and tools configuration are managed during the project lifecycle\nDefine the Standard Operating Procedures with reference time and monitor deviations\nContinuously optimizing SOP’s.\nImplement REX (Return of Experience) from Test & Commissioning phase of the project.\nEnsure Interface and perfect working relationship with engineering project team, Site Industrial, Warranty Implementation team, Site Logistics and Industrial Support to Warranty teams, Quality, Site Validation team.\nSupport the T&C Operations team, for the implementation and execution of the Testing Procedures.\nImplement and deploy methods and tools and best practices pointed out at group level.\nProvide technical support to installation and site teams regarding electrical design issues, system interfaces, and test readiness. \nCoordinate with Power Supply Engineering, Project Management, Suppliers, Subcontractors, and Field Operations teams. \nParticipate in troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.\nPrepare test procedures, checklists, T&C reports, NCRs, and as-built test documentation. \nEnsure proper configuration management and version control of T&C documents. \nSubmit T&C deliverables for approval according to project quality requirements.\nEnsure all site activities comply with EHS standards, electrical work regulations, and client requirements. \nParticipate in site safety briefings, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.\n\nMAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES:\n\nEducational Requirements:\nMandatory:\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field\nValid electrical work license “Electrical Engineer “\nDriver License\nStrong communication, autonomy, rigor, and safety mindset.\nGood knowledge of English language (read, written, spoken).\nDesirable:\nRailway and Power supply systems knowledge\nAny other additional language is an asset\nExperience:\nMandatory:\nMinimum 2-3 years’ experience in Testing & Commissioning of Electrical, Control, onboard communications & network systems within process industry, railways or factory automation\nStrong knowledge of MV/LV systems, traction power, substations, control panels, and electrical commissioning. \nHands-on experience with instrumentation, testing methods, and diagnostic tools. \nAbility to interpret electrical schematics, SLDs, protection diagrams, and installation drawings.\nExcellent communication, autonomy, and problem-solving abilities\nPrevious Engineering, V&V, T&C or Maintenance for Railway Power supply systems is an asset.\nTeam management skills\nCompetencies & Skills\nHave a good technical level in electrical, electronic, mechanical and networks domains\nUnderstanding of Lean approach for Industrialization\nResult-driven mindset\nAbility to foster communications between multiple stakeholders (product engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial functions…)\nAbility for problem-solving and efficient decision-making in complex environment\nAbility to work across sites/functions in a multi-cultural environment\nTeam spirit approach and good communication skills\nDriving license \nYou don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
