Monthly) supplier QCD performance, solves major issues and secure objectives achievement\n\nPROJECT EXECUTION AND PROFITABILITY:\nSupport local team to face commercial and contractual negotiation during project execution phase\nChallenge site stakeholders (engineering, supply chain, quality...) to secure project execution and profitability\nTrack procurement performance in project and issue action plan in case of deviation\nAnalyses risks and sets appropriate mitigation plan\nFormalize and share return on experience on main issues\n\nOPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE & CASH FOCUS:\nSupport supply chain to monitor and secure raw material inventory and OTIF objectives \nSupport quality on Non-Conformities Report (NCR) treatment and improvement, Cost of Non-Quality (CONQ) S1 management\nSupport accounting department to align on invoice accounting and payable days\nParticipate actively on industrial continuous improvement \n\nPERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS:\n\nSavings (actions aiming at securing and improving gross margin)\nNon-Conformities Report and On Time Delivery / CONQ S1 & coverage from Procurement\nLaunch Gate Review (LGR) and Specification Gate Review (SGR) on time\nFirst Article Inspection (FAI) on time (RS&C)\nTender ambition tracking (ASIP) & Sourcing action plan tracking from SPR including claims and ambition covering\nPurchase Order (PO) Go on time\nAPSYS Procurement maturity roadmap improvement\nPERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS:\nSavings P&L and Cost to Complete\nNon Conformities Event and On Time Delivery\nPanel situation Supplier compliancy status rate\nCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS\nEDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS/DESIRED KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE & BEHAVIOUR\nNational Diploma in Purchasing or equivalent.
