Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.\nCould you be our future full time Product Development Manager based in Stockholm?\nYour future role\nTake on a central role in managing program development activities, ensuring delivery of system and product items in line with Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments.\nYou will organize, coordinate, and lead engineering activities across the program lifecycle, acting as the technical interface for stakeholders while ensuring consistency, performance, and continuous improvement.\nWe’ll look to you for:\nOrganizing the program development process and driving continuous improvement\nPreparing, sharing, and maintaining the Engineering Management Plan (EMP) with the program core and support teams\nReviewing engineering plans to ensure alignment and consistency with the EMP\nParticipating in reviews\nCapturing return of experience and driving continuous improvement actions\nLeading program development activities to deliver program items according to QCD commitments\nEnsuring the product/system reaches committed performance levels\nDriving design-to-cost initiatives to reduce deployment and unit costs\nEnsuring and validating engineering decision-making with program stakeholders\nSupporting other departments (Safety, Cybersecurity, RAM, Industrialization) and ensuring cross-functional alignment\nOrganizing and leading internal and external Change Control Boards (CCBs)\nSupporting the Program Manager on engineering cost and planning\nAll about you\nWe value passion and attitude over experience. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:\nDegree in Engineering, preferably embedded systems.\nPrevious working experience leading global teams.\nPrevious working experience in planning agile product development process.\nPrevious working experience in configuration and change management.\nExperience in development of embedded software and hardware.\nKnowledge about cyber security standards is a plus.\nAbility to work transversally with engineering teams\nGood communication and problem solving mindset.\nFluent in English.
