Your future role Take on a central role in managing program development activities, ensuring delivery of system and product items in line with Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments. You will organize, coordinate, and lead engineering activities across the program lifecycle, acting as the technical interface for stakeholders while ensuring consistency, performance, and continuous improvement. We’ll look to you for: Organizing the program development process and driving continuous improvement Preparing, sharing, and maintaining the Engineering Management Plan (EMP) with the program core and support teams Reviewing engineering plans to ensure alignment and consistency
