You’ll work alongside proactive and solution-oriented teammates.\nYou'll play a key role in ensuring the safe and reliable operation of a new rolling stock fleet during its warranty period. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (operations, maintenance, engineering, and suppliers), provide technical support during fleet maintenance, and coordinate corrective actions to resolve in-service issues.\nYou’ll specifically take care of technical investigations and root cause analyses, but also support the implementation of engineering changes and maintenance actions.\nWe’ll look to you for:\nSupporting technical activities on Alstom products during the Product Introduction period, as well as during commissioning, warranty, and validation phases (if applicable).\nCollecting and reporting technical performance data to the Product Introduction Manager.\nImplementing corrective and preventive maintenance actions.\nSupporting engineering changes, software updates, and fleet modifications, including verification of correct installation and testing.\nDiagnosing operational equipment malfunctions and recommending preventative and corrective actions.\nProviding on-site technical support for the fleet during revenue service and maintenance activities.\nInvestigating vehicle faults and failures occurring in service or during depot operations.\nAssisting with validation and commissioning activities following design changes.\nEnsuring technical documentation is updated and configuration control requirements are maintained.\nProviding guidance and support to technicians in troubleshooting and repairs.\nPreparing and implementing field modifications (FM).\nEscalating critical technical issues to engineering and specialist support teams.\nEnsuring compliance with railway safety rules, company procedures, and quality standards.\nPromoting a strong safety culture within depot and operational environments.\nAll about you\nWe value passion and attitude over experience. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:\nDegree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.\nProficiency in English; Greek preferred, an additional European language is an asset.\n3-5 years of proven experience in product introduction or system integration within infrastructure projects.\nUnderstanding of EHS and quality standards.\nAbility to read and understand electrical schematics, technical documentation, and other relevant materials.\nStrong problem-solving and data analytics skills.\nExperience in warranty corrective maintenance.\nKnowledge of rolling stock systems or general electromechanical systems.\nFamiliarity with railway standards, quality, and safety compliance.\nExcellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills\nThings you’ll enjoy\nJoin us on a life-long transformative journey - the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career.
