You’ll work alongside **dedicated and innovative** teammates.\nYou'll **lead the overall Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) performance of the program**, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (**Engineering Métiers, R&D, Operations, Sourcing, and Supply Chain**), **collaborate with external stakeholders like customer representatives and suppliers**, and much more.\nYou’ll specifically take care of **managing program roadmaps, resource allocation, and risk mitigation**, but also **drive continuous improvement and innovation within the program**.\nWe’ll look to you for:\nDefining and maintaining the development roadmap aligned with solutions and customer needs\n\nManaging, controlling, and executing all developments related to the program within QCD commitments\n\nEnsuring on-time delivery and change management execution\n\nCoordinating work packages, capacity/resource analysis, and risk mitigation plans\n\nDriving program reviews and providing QCD reports to key stakeholders\n\nProposing and implementing improvement action plans for efficiency and competitiveness\n\nLeading safety and critical issue resolution, such as cybersecurity or major availability challenges\n\nAll about you\nWe value passion and attitude over experience.
