It's about helping people work together to deliver secure solutions that move millions every day.\nYour role, your impact\nDrive cybersecurity compliance activities across railway projects.\nEnsure alignment with cybersecurity requirements, including IEC 62443, CRA and NIS/NIS2.\nCoordinate cybersecurity documentation, compliance evidence and audit readiness.\nPartner with engineering and project teams to translate requirements into practical actions.\nIdentify risks, propose solutions and drive cybersecurity topics through to completion.\nYou'll work with teams across functions and countries, helping transform cybersecurity requirements into practical actions that support safe and reliable transportation systems.\nWhat you bring\nExperience in cybersecurity, compliance, governance or project environments.\nKnowledge of IEC 62443, CRA and NIS/NIS2 requirements.\nAbility to work independently, take ownership and manage priorities effectively.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build alignment, bring clarity to complex topics and drive cooperation across teams.\nFluent English and confidence working across international teams.\nNice to have\nHands-on exposure to Operational Technology (OT), industrial control systems or industrial devices.\nExperience in railway, transportation, manufacturing, energy or other critical infrastructure sectors.\nFamiliarity with ISO 27001, NIST or similar cybersecurity frameworks.\nHow success is measured\nDelivery of cybersecurity compliance activities within project timelines.\nHigh-quality documentation supporting audits and assessments.\nEffective collaboration across engineering, project and cybersecurity teams.\nSuccessful implementation of cybersecurity requirements and standards.\nPositive stakeholder feedback regarding communication, ownership and problem solving.\nAlstom, a great place to grow\nCybersecurity in rail is still being defined, and you'll have the opportunity to shape it with us.\nContribute to projects that have a real impact on critical transportation infrastructure.\nHelp strengthen cybersecurity practices across the rail industry.\nCollaborate with experts from engineering, cybersecurity and project management in a global environment.\nGrow through complex challenges where no two projects are the same.\nBe part of a team that values ownership, accountability and collaboration.\nThe challenges are real.
