Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.\n PURPOSE OF THE JOB\nImplement and maintain documentation processwithin the project organization.\nMonitor project documentation\nExecute documentation life cycle\nSupport the Project Documentation Manager (PrDM) \nSupport the design/system teams at day to day documentation work\nMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES\nKey Accountabilities: \nApply the rules defined in the Documentation Management Plan (DMP)\nControl documentation compliance to the required template, reference, version\nControl contractual documentation according to customer requirements\nAssign references to the documentation produced and control of the electronic files identification and customer identification \nRecord in the EDMS all technical and management documentation from external entities\nVerify internal validation of project documents ahead of submission to Customer\nPrepare and record documents submission to Customer/Partners,\nManage internal distribution according to relevant delivery lists \nProvide documentation reporting and indicators according to Documentation Manager’s instructions \nWork according to the project’s timeline \nFollow Customer and stakeholder’s documentation status, \nMaintain organization by applying internal instructions to all stages of the work\nTake part in improvements of the Document Control activities \nPerformance Measurements:\nDocumentation Management KPIs (Quality, Delivery of in contractual documentation in due time etc’)\nAdherence to process, measured by process inspections an audits \nMAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES\nEducational Requirements \nMandatory:\nBachelor’s Degree \nExperience\nMandatory:\nMinimum of 1 year experience in documentation control or quality assurance\nMinimum of 3 year experience in documentation control or quality assurance if no bachelor’s degree\nDesirable:\nKnowledgeable of railway or infrastructure or building domains\nKnowledge of Project Wise/ Aconex, or other EDMS tools \nEngineering environment awareness\nData analytics (Power BI)\nExperience in projects environment and processes\nCompetencies & Skills\nFluent in English and Hebrew\nExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Word\nGood Knowledge of other Microsoft Office software \nStructured way of working, process oriented\nDetails oriented approach \nAbility to work under pressure\nSelf-learning abilities & desire to expand knowledge and skills\nTeam player with a positive and helping attitude \nAbility to work in multinational team\nYou don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
