You’ll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.\nYou'll play a central role in reducing the carbon footprint of Canada's busiest public transit system while ensuring the successful delivery of world-class solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (System Deployment & Integration, Corridor Sub-Systems, and Engineering), manage technical risks, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations, and much more.\nYou’ll specifically take care of system architecture, integration of sub-systems, and configuration management, but also lead technical activities to achieve customer acceptance.\nWe’ll look to you for:\nManaging the technical contractual scope of the project in collaboration with the customer.\n\nEnsuring performance and customer acceptance of the project solution.\n\nLeading the deployment of the project solution and coordinating system activities until final acceptance.\n\nOverseeing risk management and mitigation plans.\n\nEnsuring compliance with applicable regulations and safety standards.\n\nDriving the engineering strategy and chairing the Project Change Control Board (CCB).\n\nManaging interfaces between sub-systems and third parties.\n\nCoordinating the engineering team and allocating tasks effectively.\n\nSupporting knowledge capitalization and promoting continuous learning within the team.\n\nAll about you\nWe value passion and attitude over experience.
