You’ll work alongside collaborative and results-driven teammates.\nYou'll drive the execution of projects with low criticality, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and customer expectations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, operations, procurement), lead and coordinate project activities, and manage customer relationships to deliver outstanding results.\nYou’ll specifically take care of project Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Planning (QCDP) as well as Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) performance, but also ensure that Alstom’s legal and contractual rights are protected, while identifying potential opportunities for further collaboration with customers.\nWe’ll look to you for:\nDriving project QCDP performance and optimizing financial outcomes, including margin and cash flow\n\nDefining project strategy in line with contract requirements, including Project Management Plan (PMP) elaboration and objective allocation\n\nLeading and coordinating project activities and stakeholders from project transfer to close-out\n\nManaging resources and ensuring alignment of key project stakeholders towards shared goals\n\nProactively identifying and managing risks, opportunities, and savings\n\nEnsuring compliance with applicable rules, instructions, and standards, including EHS, quality, and railway safety\n\nManaging customer and external stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements\n\nProviding transparent and timely reporting of project progress and key performance indicators\n\nAll about you\nWe value passion and attitude over experience.
