You’ll work alongside collaborative and dedicated teammates.\nYou'll play a key role in ensuring the successful introduction, reliability growth, and warranty closure of our rolling stock fleet while maintaining strong customer relationships. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, maintenance, and project delivery teams), manage warranty-related activities, and oversee reliability growth initiatives, and much more.\nYou’ll specifically take care of monitoring fleet reliability and ensuring compliance with warranty obligations, but also lead root cause analyses for technical incidents and drive continuous improvement initiatives.\nWe’ll look to you for:\nLeading all warranty-related activities for the rolling stock fleet during the contractual warranty period\nEnsuring compliance with warranty obligations, contractual commitments, and performance requirements\nManaging warranty claims, technical investigations, and resolution processes\nMonitoring warranty costs and implementing actions to reduce recurring failures and associated expenditure\nDriving reliability growth with the customer and internal teams to achieve contractual reliability targets\nCoordinating supplier warranty recoveries and ensuring timely closure of claims\nConducting root cause analyses for significant technical incidents and recurring defects\nCollaborating with engineering teams to implement design modifications and product improvements\nPreparing and presenting performance reports to senior management and customer representatives\nSupporting the hand-over from project delivery teams into operational service\nAll about you\nWe value passion and attitude over experience.
