Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., engineering, operations, and customer relations), manage project governance processes, and ensure seamless communication across subsystems, partners, and customers.\nYou’ll specifically take care of preparing and maintaining detailed project schedules, as well as creating and coordinating internal and external reports, but also supporting senior management in managing key information and facilitating project-related meetings.\nYour Role, Your Impact\nReporting internal and external KPIs\n\nCoordinating transversal internal and external reports\n\nDeveloping and maintaining project schedules and regular reporting\n\nPreparing and editing meeting minutes and presentations\n\nFollowing up on tasks and ensuring deadlines are met\n\nApplying analytical skills to compile summary documents, such as Monthly Progress Reports and Management Plans\n\nCoordinating project governance issues across subsystems, partners, and customers\n\nEnsuring compliance with Alstom’s internal reporting rules and customer requirements\n\nWhat You Bring\nWe value passion and attitude over experience. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:\nDegree in Business Administration, Project Management, or an equivalent experience\n\n3-5 years of project coordination or project management experience\n\nStrong Excel skills for project tracking and progress updates\n\nCMMS experience such as Maximo, GSI, SAP. Experience with Maximo is considered a valuable asset\nKnowledge of project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Power BI, Visio, Macroprogramming language)\n\nPMP certification is considered a valuable asset\nQuality management exposure or quality-focused experience is considered a valuable asset\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams\n\nAbility to anticipate challenges and provide clear, proactive reporting\n\nA team-oriented mindset with a focus on conflict resolution\n\nValid Ontario Class G driver’s licence required, with the ability to operate company-owned or authorised vehicles.\n\nAbility and willingness to work at both Etobicoke and Whitby locations based on operational needs.\nPlease note that this position is offered on a 24-month contract basis.\nCompensation\nThe expected compensation for this role is $90,000 - $100,000 CAD per year.
