You will provide in-depth safety assessments and analyses leading to the development of the Safety Dossier.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nSafety Assessments:\nConduct safety assessments on new designs or modifications of systems, incorporating appropriate risk analyses.\n\nSupport for RAMS Analysis:\nProvide RAMS support by performing analyses such as FMEA, FTA, and updating hazard registers.\nCollaborate with project managers and System Safety and Assurance Manager to define clear objectives.\n\nApplication of Safety Methods:\nApply appropriate safety assurance methods to the project, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and schedule requirements.\n\nResults Management:\nMeasure success through the adequacy of safety assessments, timely deliveries, and the quality of working relationships with project teams.\n\nContinuous Improvement:\nAnalyze feedback and technical challenges to refine our solutions and share valuable insights for the documentation process.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nRequired Qualifications:\nA degree in engineering in a relevant field.\nProven experience in safety.\nBehavioral Competencies:\nRigorous and reliable.\nPromote teamwork and communication.\nCapability to work under pressure.\nNice-to-Have:\nGood command of English.\nSuccessful application of RAMS methodologies in previous projects.\nAlstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow’s mobility.
