You will collaborate with dedicated teams to ensure that every system we deliver meets the highest standards of performance and safety, contributing to the sustainable mobility of tomorrow.\nYour Role, Your Impact\nPerforming RAMS analyses in accordance with Alstom processes, instructions, and customer requirements.\n\nDelivering RAMS analyses that meet quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) commitments.\n\nAddressing feedback from customers and independent parties to ensure approval of RAMS deliverables.\n\nContributing to the assessment of product RAMS performance and identifying necessary requirements to meet targets.\n\nReporting progress and promptly alerting the Train/Subsystem RAMS Engineer and relevant stakeholders of any challenges.\n\nAdopting a product-oriented mindset to enhance the consistency and relevance of RAMS studies and requirements.\n\nDeveloping a technical understanding of Alstom products to assess safety performance and identify areas for improvement.\n\nYou'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.\nWhat You Bring\nA degree in Rolling Stock Engineering, Validation, or Electrical/Electro-mechanical Engineering (training in RAMS competency will be provided).\n\nExperience or understanding of RAMS analysis, demonstration methods, and tools.\n\nKnowledge of safety performance assessments and requirements development.\n\nFamiliarity with engineering and validation processes in the rail industry.\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nExcellent time management and organizational skills.\n\nFluency in English and Portuguese.
