Joining us means joining a truly global community of more than 36 300 people dedicated to solving real-world mobility challenges and achieving international projects with sustainable local impact.\nReporting & Budget Controller Manager\n\nKey Accountabilities:\nControl the liquidity short term and long term of the site business and specifically projects in force on site.\nEnsure the reliability of the forecasting system for the short term and long-term liquidity (weekly process, Quarter Forecast and Budget) and provide reliable data.\nAnalyse the funding needs of the projects in liaison with Site Controller, Customer Director Finance Controller and Project Controllers.\nProvide follow up on the global cash cycle through the Projects and site balance sheet and analyse the working capital improvement levers.\nMake sure that continuous improvement and action plans are in place through the Site and specifically on projects to generate operating cash flows.\nLiaise with the Cash management team and Country FD to make them aware of the site cash status and push to put preventative measures in place to achieve the objectives of the site\nSupport actions to reduce overdue level\nControl bonds expired and manage actions to reduce them\nTrain and support the main players in the siteon the importance of cash and how to improve it. ie what levers we have to improve.\nby making the project teams aware of the importance of their role in the cash generation process and the potential levers available to them to improve the liquidity of their project.\n\nPerformance measurements:\nReporting accurate and on time\nCompliance with the standard processes and use of standard tools.\nQuality and accuracy of financial data\nSupport to Project Managers on cash flow issues\nSupport to Site controller on cash flow issues (mainly cash out)\nMeeting cash targets of the site\n\nEXPERIENCE PREREQUISITES & REQUIRED COMPETENCES\n\nEducational Requirements\n\nMandatory:\nAcademic background in Finance or Business Administration at Master level\nFluent in English, additional language is a plus\n\nExperience\n\nMandatory:\n1 or 2 years minimum of professional experience in Finance, Accounting or Cash management\n\nDesirable:\nExperience in the industrial sector preferable\n\nCompetencies & Skills\nBalance Short-term and Long-term Views/ Ability to manage several topics at the same time, quick in execution\nGood knowledge of Business and Financial Indicators\nUse own experience and improve constantly knowledge in consolidation\nPropose Change and Innovation, Lead Initiatives\nDemonstrate Teamwork, Honesty, Integrity, Courage and Conviction\nResilience, ability to work under pressure and exposure N+1, N+2 or other Finance Managers\nAutonomous (but not Independent) and Drive for Results\nVery good Communication Skills needed with team and with many actors in the organisation\nManage Conflicts of Ideas\nAbility to Work in an International Environment\nSalary range: 35.000 - 38.000 euro gross; CCNL Metalmeccanico \n\nAn agile, inclusive and responsible culture is the foundation of our company where diverse people are offered excellent opportunities to grow, learn and advance in their careers.
