The organization is global with sites in Sweden, Germany, Switzerland, France, and India. The team in Stockholm and Västerås is responsible for computers legacy control and communication products as well as new, input and output products, and human machine interface products. We are now investing in new products with increased performance, cyber security protection and increased functionality.\nAs Requirements Management Engineer (RME)you shall be a key user for requirement tools , manage requirement structure and support multiple programs by providing guidelines, coaching and training team members for the management and writing requirements. You will collaborate daily with the Program Development Managers, System Architects and engineering teams.\nWe will look to you for:\nImplement Requirement Management processes for product development \nAdministrate and be key user for Requirement Management tool\nDrive the engineers in their requirements development activities\nVerify the data quality & consistency in the Requirement Management database\nManage the requirements changes & configuration\nBe the first line contact for Requirement Management queries \nAll about you\nWe value passion and attitude over experience. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:\nMaster’s degree in engineering like System Engineering, Electronic Engineering or similar.\nPrevious working experience (3-5 years) as requirement manager, requirement engineer (Doors and Doors NG).\nPrevious working experience with DevOps (CI/CD)\nPrevious working experience in international teams\nPrevious working experience in configuration and change management.\nExperience in the development of embedded software and hardware.\nIt would be highly appreciated if you have knowledge and or experience of industrial or railway safety standards (IEC61508/EN50128/EN60567/EN50129).\nFluent in English.
