You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.\nYou'll play a crucial role in providing business-driven, end-to-end solutions that meet our customers’ needs, enabling them to gain insights from our enterprise data. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including the Shared Services Team, Digital Platform Team, Innovation Team, Application Platform Owners, and the Infrastructure Team, to develop strategies, implement solutions, and ensure a stable and scalable SAP Analytics platform.\nYou’ll specifically take care of designing technical architecture and leading complex implementations, but also animating and reinforcing BI and Data Analytics governance.\nWe’ll look to you for:\nEstablishing development standards, guidelines, and best practices for data modeling and compliance.\n\nDeveloping and maintaining data modeling and data management architecture strategies.\n\nProviding data solution designs for complex initiatives and conducting feasibility studies.\n\nCollaborating with internal teams and third-party technology providers to scope and deliver use cases in both Service and Project Modes.\n\nDeveloping functional and technical design documents to bridge SAP functional modules and analytical systems.\n\nMonitoring and tracking project progress to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.\n\nAll about you\nWe value passion and attitude over experience. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:\nBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.\n\n8-10 years of experience with SAP BW on HANA, including at least 6+ years of hands-on experience in BW on HANA 7.5 modeling.\n\nStrong knowledge of Info Provider Administration, Process Chain Administration, BW Trace Tool, and LSA++ architecture.\n\nExperience with hybrid modeling scenarios, data acquisition, SDI (Smart Data Integration), and SDA.\n\nExpertise in SAP ECC extractors, including builds and enhancements using BADI and ABAP (AMDP knowledge is a plus).\n\nTechno-functional knowledge in one or more functional areas, such as Sales, Logistics, Procurement, Finance, or Engineering.\n\nGood to have: SAP Certification on SAP BW on HANA 7.5, experience with SAP Business Objects 4.3, and exposure to SOLMAN 7.2 charm.\n\nStrong collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.\n\nA proactive mindset with leadership capabilities and the ability to influence and deliver results.\n\nThings you’ll enjoy Join us on a life-long transformative journey - the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career.
