You’ll work alongside dynamic, innovative, and collaborative teammates.\nYou'll play a pivotal role in delivering SAP GSI projects, ensuring that they are executed efficiently and align with Alstom’s global roadmap and standards. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business (such as sourcing, financial, and technical teams), manage project plans and budgets, and oversee the successful delivery of critical ERP initiatives.\nYou’ll specifically take care of planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling delivery activities, but also optimizing delivery models and mitigating project risks.\nWe’ll look to you for:\nPlanning and organizing projects according to budget, scope, and governance processes\n\nDefining capacity plans and ensuring timely staffing aligned with skill requirements\n\nLeading projects by managing scope, resources, and interdependencies\n\nIdentifying and mitigating risks, while driving out barriers to success\n\nEngaging and communicating with stakeholders to secure support and alignment\n\nMonitoring and controlling project budgets, expenditures, and financial records\n\nEnsuring adherence to standard methodologies, processes, and tools\n\nAll about you\nWe value passion and attitude over experience.
