As part of the Central team, you will act as a center of excellence and a coach for the regions, helping them build strong, compliant, and highly competitive bids.\nYou will collaborate and influence partners across multiple functions (Engineering, Quality, Cost, Delivery & Performance, Finance, Procurement, Operations). Day-to-day, you will support regional tender teams in the preparation of their submissions, ensuring alignment with Product Line strategy, competitive positioning, and governance.\nIn this role, you will:\nSupport regions in preparing competitive Services offers and improving their competitiveness vs. market benchmarks.\nGuide regional teams in preparing and securing the Bid Milestones.\nEnsure consistency of costing, pricing, and technical inputs across tenders.\nChallenge assumptions and strengthen bid content to reduce risks and maximize win probability.\nLead or co-lead strategic or complex bids directly from the Bid Factory.\nSupport the Tender Leader in aligning with the Services Product Line and consolidating inputs for decision making.\nContribute to win-loss assessments and competitiveness improvement actions.\nDrive effective communication and coordination across multiple stakeholders.\nIn this role, you directly contribute to Alstom’s tender competitiveness and to the growth of the Services business worldwide.\nAll about you\nWe value passion and attitude over experience.
