As part of our MetroNET project team in Western Australia, you'll have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in one of the region's most significant rail programs. Reporting to the Project Contract Management Lead, you'll act as a trusted commercial adviser to the Project Director and leadership team, helping drive strategic decisions, protect Alstom's interests and unlock commercial opportunities across the project lifecycle.\nBased across our Bellevue manufacturing facility and Nowergup maintenance depot, you'll work closely with project, legal and customer stakeholders, leading complex negotiations, managing claims and supporting key commercial outcomes that contribute directly to project success.\nWe’ll look to you for:\nProviding strategic commercial and contractual leadership to support project delivery and profitability\n\nIdentifying, managing and mitigating contractual risks while maximising commercial opportunities\n\nLeading negotiations with customers and key stakeholders on complex claims, variations and settlements\n\nActing as Alstom's commercial representative in customer-facing discussions and governance forums\n\nPartnering with legal, project and operational teams to develop pragmatic commercial solutions\n\nCoaching and supporting contract management team members while promoting best practice across the project\n\nAll about you:\nExtensive experience in contract, commercial or claims management within major infrastructure, rail, transport, engineering or construction environments\n\nDegree-qualified in Law, Engineering, Commerce or a related discipline\n\nProven ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships with customers and project leadership teams\n\nDemonstrated success leading commercial negotiations, claims resolution and risk management activities\n\nStrong commercial judgement combined with a collaborative and solutions-focused mindset\n\nPrevious leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor and develop high-performing teams\n\nThings you’ll enjoy:\nJoin a global leader in mobility and work on projects that help connect communities across Western Australia.
