To make your life easier, shuttle services are available between Montreal and the St-Bruno site!\nYour future role\nTake on a new challenge and apply your financial expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates, driving financial success in high-criticality projects.\nYou'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health of our projects, providing strategic guidance and actionable insights to the project team. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including Project Management, Contract Management, and Operations Finance), monitor financial performance, and support negotiation processes to secure project success.\nYou’ll specifically take care of optimizing financial strategies and ensuring compliance with financial regulations, but also support risk management and decision-making processes.\nWe’ll look to you for:\nLeading financial aspects of high-criticality projects to improve overall performance.\n\nPartnering with the Project Manager to drive financial strategy and decision-making.\n\nOptimizing financial elements such as organization, tax, hedging, and financing.\n\nProviding financial analysis, advice, and guidance to project teams.\n\nEnsuring compliance with financial rules and regulations, including IFRS.\n\nMonitoring and improving contract margins, cash flow, and working capital optimization.\n\nManaging costs, revenue, and profitability while preparing accurate financial forecasts.\n\nSupporting claim management and negotiations with a focus on financial terms and risk mitigation.\n\nCoaching junior Finance Project Managers to build their skills and capabilities.\n\nAll about you\nWe value passion and attitude over experience.
