You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates in newly formed Field Operations & Services department. You’ll play a key role in service engineering activities across multiple projects, ensuring the effective execution, investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical and quality-related issues. Day-to-day, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the business, including Project Management, Quality Assurance, and Customer Support, support maintenance and service activities, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and help ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and operational performance.\nYou will also be involved in developing technical concepts and tailored engineering solutions to address customer needs, providing technical expertise during solution design, implementation, and service lifecycle support.\nWe’ll look to you for:\nProviding technical support and troubleshooting for service activities,\n\nDeveloping technical concepts and customer-focused solutions,\n\nSupporting maintenance and field engineering operations,\n\nCollaborating with project, quality, and customer teams,\n\nPreparing technical documentation and service reports,\n\nDriving continuous improvement and service performance,\n\nEnsuring high levels of customer satisfaction and support.\n\nAll about you\nWe value passion and attitude over experience.
