This role combines people leadership, operational excellence, and technical oversight to ensure the successful operation and continuous improvement of critical services and infrastructure.\nYou’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You'll be pivotal in the Field Engineering of all Service PKP PLK Projects, ensuring the successful execution, investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical/quality issues. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Project Management, Quality Assurance, and Customer Support).\nWe’ll look to you for:\nLead, mentor, and develop a team of Service System Engineers\nDrive team performance through coaching, goal setting, and regular feedback\nManage resource planning, workload prioritization, and capacity management\nEnsure the availability, reliability, and performance of supported services and platforms\nOversee incident response, problem management, and service restoration activities.\nAll about you\nWe value passion and attitude over experience. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:\nMinimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering, infrastracture or IT operations is highly desirable\n\nMinimum 3 years of people management experience, including leading, coaching, and developing team members\nExperience managing complex technical incidents and operational escalations\nMinimum bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field\nFluency in Polish is a must, English - min.
