You’ll work alongside a **dedicated and collaborative** team of professionals.\nYou'll play a key role in equipping our customers and internal teams with the knowledge and skills needed to operate and maintain our innovative transport systems. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., Project Engineering, ISR, Bid Management), manage training activities, and develop engaging and effective training materials, and much more.\nYou’ll specifically take care of delivering theoretical and practical training sessions, both in-person and online, and managing training strategies and plans, but also ensuring the quality, cost, and delivery of training content.\nWe’ll look to you for:\nDesigning, developing, and managing training deliverables, including documentation and records.\n\nDelivering theoretical and practical training at the Services Academy, customer sites, or virtually.\n\nManaging training processes in projects and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.\n\nForecasting and planning workload and staffing for training activities.\n\nCollaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure training success.\n\nProviding inputs for tenders as part of the Services Academy work package.\n\nDeveloping and implementing induction training programs and team competency development plans.\n\nAll about you\nWe value passion and attitude over experience.
