Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.\nWork Location: Xindian, New Taipei City.\nWe are looking for SIG Project Planner and TCL2 Installation Planner to join our Taipei Circular Line-II OCS and Singaling Projects dynamic team in Alstom Taiwan.\nProject Planner is Deputy of the Project Planning Manager, responsible to build and update in the scheduling tool the project schedule (internal or customer schedule) on a daily baisi, according to inputs of the Project Planning Manager, in order to manage efficiently the time commitments of the project (tender, contract or program).\nTaipei Circular Line-II is a newly awarded project in Taiwan to extend from phase 1 West ring to North and South rings of the future Circular Line, overall 20.66km with 18 stations cross both Taipei and New Taipei Cities.\nIf you are keen to develop your career in multinational organization, this opportunity is ahead of you. We offer an international mobility opportunity for experienced talents.\nKey Responsibilities:\nIn contract or program execution:\nContribute to the Project Time Management Plan defined by the Project’s PMP.\nBuild the project schedule for his area based on internal standard WBS, contractual targets and data provided by all stakeholders,\nContribute with the Finance Project Manager to Earned Value Management\nParticipate to the validation of the project baseline\nEnsure the consistency of all the internal and external Stakeholders commitments, and manages the schedules interfaces,\nPerform schedule analysis & trade-offs to close identified gaps or schedule issues\nOrganise and lead periodic project schedule sessions for his area,\nProvide a timely updated schedule situation highlighting the gap between the actual and the baseline,\nFocus on early identification of potential delays (critical paths) including the status on risks and margin related to schedule\nPrepare daily schedule and update the daily progress reports,\nProvide support to project manager on all issues related to project schedule,\nPrepare extension of time and delay analysis report,\nPrepare catch-up plan and activities for close monitoring and controlling. \nCollect the inputs from installation team in order to provide the KPI and dashboard update.\nWork with Project planner to update the installation progress and provide the analysis and solution in case of the delays.\nCollect the sales and operation data from different SIG project and consolidate the data for monthly presentation.\nCoordinate with different stakeholders (installtion design team, supervisors, installation manger, planner and PM) to ensure the planned schedule is followed and adress if the actual progress is behind the planned schedule.\n\nFor all:\nApply the Project Scheduling Process,\nPromote time management practices awareness in the project team\nContribute to the return of experience (REX) and improvements, share best practices, schedule templates.\n\nPerformance measurements in contract or program execution:\nRegular and consistent scheduling updates, with potential delays analysis\nDelivery on time delivery of KPIs (Gate Reviews GO on time, sales, cash, …) and planning documents,\nStandard metrics measuring schedule robustness (PSI)\n\nWhat do I need to qualify for this job?\nEngineering or Construction Management degree.\nProject scheduler experience is a plus.
