You must make sure that all deliverables are submitted on time and meet the Customer requirements.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nAnalyze the Customer technical specification to extract the specific special tools and diagnostic equipment requirements;\nEvaluate the Suppliers technical proposals;\nAnalyze technical packages submitted from the Suppliers and approves technical documents such as drawings et technical descriptions;\nParticipate to the design reviews with the Suppliers and Customer;\nFollow up on the delivery of the equipment;\nAttend the equipment installation and commissioning at the Customer Plans and follows up technical activities;\nApprove the test procedures to validate the design of the equipment under your responsibility;\nAttend the qualification tests of this equipment at Suppliers;\nDesign of Maintenance Diagnostic Equipment\nUndertake any other relevant duties related to its functions\nAs our ideal candidate:\nBachelor's degree in mechanical Engineering\nAny completion of a mechanical technique at college would be an asset;\nMember of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec\nBe able to design and create drawing of maintenance tools using Catia V5\n5 to 10 years of relevant experience \nIf you have knowledge in the railway field would be an asset;\nYou will have knowledge in testing electromechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment;\nBe autonomous and demonstrate leadership skills\nBilingualism\nProficiency in French and English is required. Knowledge of a third language is considered an asset when working with our international partners, suppliers, colleagues, and customers.
