You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.\nYou'll play a pivotal role in safeguarding Alstom’s interests and driving the successful execution of projects by preparing, coordinating, and managing contract and claims strategies throughout the project lifecycle. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Management, Legal, Finance, and Operations), ensure compliance with Alstom’s governance and best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives-and much more.\"\nWe’ll look to you for:\nDriving contract management activities with the support of allocated resources, such as Project Contract Managers or Contract Administrators.\n\nDeveloping and implementing Contract Management Strategy Plans (CMSP) in collaboration with the core project team.\n\nEnsuring the consistent application of Alstom’s governance, including the Contract, Claims, and Insurance Management Manual (CCIM).\n\nMonitoring project schedules and ensuring all contractual milestones are met.\n\nPreparing and managing claims/counterclaims and supporting documentation for negotiations.\n\nProviding training on contract and claim management to key stakeholders across the project.\n\nAll about you\nWe value passion and attitude over experience. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:\nA degree in Law, Engineering, Finance, Technical, Economics, or Business Sciences.\n\nMinimum of 10 years of experience in Contract/Claim Management or Project Management.\n\nProficiency in English (both written and spoken).\n\nAbility to interpret contractual documents, including terms and conditions, technical specifications, and financial implications.\n\nExperience with project management software, contract management systems, and Microsoft Office tools.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively.\n\nOperational effectiveness, accountability, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.\n\nWillingness to bring forward creative ideas and innovative solutions.\n\nExcellent communication skills with a focus on precision and transparency.\n\nOffice Presence : This role requires an on-site presence of four (4) days per week.
