Joining us means joining a truly global community of more than84 000 people dedicated to solving real-world mobility challenges and achieving international projects with sustainable local impact.\nJob Title: Train Operation Support Engineer\nPurpose of the Job:\nProvide real-time technical support to train drivers and operations teams in case of faults during service\n\nCoordinate with Alstom control room to monitor train systems remotely and respond promptly to operational anomalies\n\nCoordinate with traffic control and fleet management to manage train availability and service recovery\n\nProvide clear and accurate instructions or guidance based on established protocols and procedures\n\nTroubleshoot and diagnose issues related to railway equipment providing timely solutions and support to the off-site technical interventions\n\nPrepare detailed reports and documentation of off-site maintenance activities, including findings and recommendations\n\nAnalyze incidents and support post-event investigations to determine technical causes\n\nCollaborate with maintenance teams and contractors to support repairs and maintenance work\n\nParticipate in root cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives\n\nConduct field inspections special checks and assessments of rolling stock\n\nReview fleet failures, downtime reports and equipment histories to uncover reoccurring operation problems.
