You’ll work alongside dynamic, rigorous, and collaborative teammates.\nYou'll play a key role in ensuring the quality, safety, and compliance of validation activities, directly impacting the success of our projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with engineering teams, project teams, external test laboratories, and end clients, while managing schedules and ensuring safety during tests. You will oversee the budget and deliverables related to validation activities and contribute to Alstom's operational excellence.\nYou’ll specifically take care of defining and executing type tests at the train level, but also managing test teams and coordinating activities with internal and external stakeholders.\nWe’ll look to you for:\nEnsuring responsibility for QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) for train validation activities\n\nDefining the validation budget during tender phases and ensuring adherence throughout projects\n\nDeveloping and executing validation plans, procedures, and associated reports\n\nEnsuring safety during type testing\n\nManaging internal test teams and external test laboratories\n\nPlanning and coordinating type tests\n\nMaintaining effective and continuous communication with the end client\n\nActively contributing to the continuous improvement of validation processes and methodologies\n\nAll about you:\nWe value passion and attitude over experience.
