You’ll work alongside innovative and collaborative teammates.\nYou'll play a key role in supporting the delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Treasury and Payment solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as IS&T Solutions Architects, Project Managers, and Treasury & Finance functions), configure and maintain core Treasury Solutions, and ensure efficient and reliable treasury operations, and much more.\nYou’ll specifically take care of the functional aspect of configuring and maintaining our Treasury Management Systems (TMS), payment platforms, and other treasury solutions, but also provide application support, manage incidents, and contribute to process documentation and improvements.\nWe’ll look to you for:\nCollaborating with Treasury business, service partners, project & operations managers to drive continuous improvement activities.\n\nContributing to the deployment of Treasury Solutions, including configuration, testing, training key users, and post-go-live support.\n\nAssisting application support team on L1 and L2 incidents, monitoring incident queues, and ensuring timely resolution.\n\nPerforming root cause analysis for high-priority incidents and driving continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nContributing to editor release assessments to ensure smooth user adoption.\n\nMaintaining effective communication with users, ensuring SLA compliance, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.\n\nSupporting internal and external audits with relevant documentation and ensuring process compliance.\n\nAll about you\nWe value passion and attitude over experience. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:\nBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering/ Technology/ Finance or a related field.\n\n6+ years of relevant experience in payments and the treasury domain.\n\nHands-on experience with a leading Treasury Management System (TMS), such as Diapason, Kyriba, FIS Quantum, SAP Treasury, ION Treasury, GTreasury, or equivalent platforms.\n\nClear functional understanding of treasury operations and the interactions between different functional teams within a global corporate treasury organization.\n\nSolid understanding of key treasury disciplines, including cash and liquidity management, inter-company funding, foreign exchange (FX) risk management, hedging strategies, debt and investment management and Financial Market data.\n\nKnowledge of Payment lifecycle, reconciliation and bank statement processing.\n\nExposure of preparing Business Requirement Document (BRD) and Functional Specifications.\n\nData analysis skills using Excel, SQL, Power BI or similar tools.\n\nAbility to analyze interface issues and data flows.\n\nExperience with ERP Finance, LSEG FxAll and Payment processing platform is preferred.\n\nExperience of project delivery, system enhancements and application support.\n\nUnderstanding of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.\n\nFluent in spoken and written English.\n\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively manage diverse set of stakeholders such as Treasury Teams, End users, Banks, IT teams and Suppliers.\n\nThings you’ll enjoy\nJoin us on a life-long transformative journey - the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career.
