You’ll work alongside innovative and collaborative teammates.\nYou'll play a key role in supporting the delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Treasury and Payment solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as IS&T Solutions Architects, Project Managers, and Treasury & Finance functions), configure and maintain core Treasury Solutions, and ensure efficient and reliable treasury operations, and much more.\nYou’ll specifically take care of the operation management of our Payment Platform and Treasury Management Systems (TMS), and other treasury solutions, but also drive stability, efficiency and controls, lead continuous improvements, and contribute to process documentation and improvements.\nWe’ll look to you for:\nLead the implementation, integration, and continuous improvement of payment solutions to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and control.\nEnsure secure, compliant, and effective payment operations, continuously strengthening the payments control framework and risk management processes.\nDrive standardized and scalable payment processing practices across the organization by collaborating with Treasury leadership and cross-functional stakeholders\nAct as the subject matter expert for payment-related strategic initiatives, projects, and transformation programs.\nMonitor payment performance, manage operational exceptions, and coordinate timely resolution with internal teams and external partners.\nDefine and assess treasury and payment integration requirements, conduct gap analyses, and coordinate solution delivery with internal and external stakeholders.\nSupport the deployment of treasury and payment solutions, including configuration, testing, user training, and post-implementation support.\nOversee partner managed Level 2/3 application support, ensuring effective incident management, SLA adherence, and service continuity across a complex global payment environment.\nPerform root cause analysis for critical incidents and drive sustainable corrective actions and process improvements.\nSupport change and release management activities to ensure smooth adoption of system enhancements and new functionalities.\nCollaborate with internal Incident and Service Management team to implement and adhere service KPI and governance framework.\nMaintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, issue resolution, and high service standards.\nSupport internal and external audits by maintaining appropriate documentation, controls, and regulatory compliance.\nAll about you\nWe value passion and attitude over experience. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:\nBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering/ Technology/ Finance or a related field.\n6+ years of experience in managing global support teams and working across multiple time zones.\nStrong hands-on experience of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.\nAbility to monitor and improve system stability, performance, and operational efficiency.\nExperience in creating and maintaining operational procedures, runbook, and knowledge management repositories.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage stakeholders such as Treasury teams, Business users, Banks, IT development teams, and Suppliers effectively.\nExperience of project delivery, system enhancements and application support.\nKnowledge of Payment lifecycle, reconciliation, and bank statement processing.\nGood understanding of banking operations, payments, risk, compliance and process transformation.\nExperience with ERP Finance, Payment processing platform and Treasury Management System (TMS) is preferred.\nAbility to analyze interface issues and data flows\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.\nFluent in spoken and written English.\nThings you’ll enjoy\nJoin us on a life-long transformative journey - the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career.
