You’ll work alongside innovative and collaborative teammates.\nYou'll help shape the future of traction power systems by defining power schemes and designing electrical components for traction drives or auxiliary converter systems. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as mechanical departments, validation engineers, and suppliers), contribute to defining design rules and deliverables, and much more.\nYou’ll specifically take care of calculating electrical or thermal constraints for power schemes and specifying electrical components, but also contribute to validation tests and participate in on-site commissioning activities.\nWe’ll look to you for:\nWriting deliverables for power systems using design rules and standards\nContributing to the development of knowledge guidelines and return of experience\nDefining interfaces of electrical components with mechanical departments\nSpecifying and designing electrical components, including power electronic components, switchgears, traction motors, and more\nCollaborating with suppliers for design definition and component qualification\nSupporting validation testing and participating to problem-solving activities\nAll about you\nWe value passion and attitude over experience.
