You’ll work alongside collaborative and skilled teammates.\nYou'll play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with welding specifications and standards, directly impacting the quality and safety of our products. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality), provide technical support to various departments, and take part in supplier and customer audits, among other responsibilities.\nYou’ll specifically take care of supervising the qualifications of welding staff and procedures, but also lead the \"Welding Technique\" group and drive continuous improvement in welding processes.\nWe’ll look to you for:\nEnsuring compliance with welding specifications and standards applicable to the markets\n\nServing as the reference for welding, with the authority to halt production if necessary\n\nProviding technical support to Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality, Service, and Technology Transfer teams\n\nParticipating in the resolution of Non-Conformance Reports (R.N.C.)\n\nConducting supplier audits\n\nRepresenting the company during audits (ISO 9001, ALSTOM, and customer audits)\n\nStaying updated on technological advancements, standards, and materials\n\nSupervising and piloting the qualifications of welding staff and procedures\n\nLeading the \"Welding Technique\" group\n\nProposing and implementing improvements in welding quality and cost efficiency\n\nAll about you\nWe value passion and attitude over experience.
