Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.\nMain Responsabilities in the role:\nApply process, standards, methods, and tools applicable to the métier\nOrganize the program development process and its continuous improvement\nPrepare, share, and maintain the Engineering Management Plan together with the program core team and program support team addressing most specifically the \nProgram development strategy (design, Reliability Availability Maintainability (RAM), Cybersecurity, Verification and Validation (V&V), baselines roadmap and sustaining\nProcesses, tailorings, and agreed deviations (WR)\nTechnical risks / hard technical topics\nIdentification of technical referents (Experts, CCN, end users, ...) \nReview of other engineering plans of the programs to ensure efficiency & consistency with the Engineering Management Plan (EMP)\nParticipate to métiers reviews\nOrganize with the core team members the capture and activities for continuous improvement (Return of Experience on the program engineering’s organisation, strategy, process, decisions, metrics, …) and production of métier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)\nLead the program development activities to deliver the program items according to the QCD commitment\nCoordinate the program development team activities\nEnsure that the product/system reaches the committed performance levels \nDevelop design-to-cost approach to decrease system/product deployment cost and product unit cost\nEnsure application of decision making (design choices, make or buy, roadmap, ...) and validates decisions together with the program stakeholders\nEnsure organization, participation, and follow-up of Design Reviews\nSupport other métiers (Safety, Cybersecurity, RAM, Industrialization) and ensure the link between them\nEnsure organization, participation, and follow-up of Peer Reviews of engineering work products (specification / documentation / implementations)\nTo be the program’s interface on technical matters, with support of System Application Architects for systems\nSupporting technically users for program needs definition and issues\nCoordinating consistency between program baselines deliveries and needs / long term needs\nManaging User Groups / user community \nParticipating to program reviews for technical support & technical reporting\nManagement of the program items configuration together with the Configuration Manager\nManage the Delivery Master List (DML) and documentation reviews rules\nEnsure requirement management and requirement report\nOrganize and lead CCBs (internal and external) \nOrganize delivery reviews (DyR) and ensure the program items deliveries in configuration \nParticipate to SW/HW or subsystem delivery reviews\nFor products, lead hardware change and definition\nValidate the configurations under PLM \nValidate the hardware evolution (MR) and associated impacts\nSupport the Program Manager for engineering cost and planning management \nProvide QCD analyses & estimations on evolutions together with the program core and engineering teams\nLiaise (with the System Application Architect in case of system) with projects and tender activities (evolutions & anomalies analysis, roadmap, documentation support)\nAlert and report on any event/risks that may impact the program development and associated QCD commitments\nValidate material selection and procurement activities together with the Program Manger\nPromote the Alstom Code of Ethics and adherence to the highest standards of ethical conduct.\nYou don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
