the AI product platform powering both our internal development workflows and customer-facing AI capabilities.\nYou will work alongside Machine Learning Engineers, Software Engineers and DevOps Engineers to transform research prototypes into production-ready AI systems.\nBeyond infrastructure, you will help shape the tooling, services and workflows that accelerate the entire machine learning reliably.\nYour Responsibilities\nGamma Ulixes AI Platform\nDevelop and improve Gamma Ulixes, our AI platform for training, evaluating and deploying machine learning models.\n\nBuild experiment tracking, model registry and dataset management capabilities.\n\nDesign reproducible ML workflows and automated training pipelines.\n\nDevelop benchmarking, evaluation and model validation services.\n\nML Infrastructure\nDesign scalable infrastructure supporting computer vision and trajectory-based machine learning.\n\nBuild APIs and backend services powering AI workflows.\n\nManage GPU infrastructure, distributed training and resource orchestration.\n\nImprove monitoring, observability and reliability across AI services.\n\nMaintain reproducible development and deployment environments.\n\nDeployment & Edge AI\nBuild CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models.\n\nDeploy AI services across cloud, on-premise and edge environments.\n\nOptimize inference pipelines for Nvidia Jetson and embedded hardware.\n\nManage model packaging, versioning and rollout strategies.\n\nImprove deployment reliability across operational environments.\n\nCollaboration\nWork closely standards, tooling and best practices across the Data & AI team.\n\nContribute to the evolution of Alta Ares' AI platform roadmap.\n\nRequirements\nCandidate Profile\n3-5+ years of experience as an MLOps Engineer, ML Platform Engineer, Software Engineer or Data Engineer working on production machine learning systems.\n\nStrong Python software engineering skills.\n\nExperience designing and operating production-grade ML infrastructure.\n\nSolid understanding of Docker, Linux and containerized environments.\n\nExperience with ML experiment tracking, model registries and reproducible workflows.\n\nExperience designing APIs and backend services supporting AI applications.\n\nFamiliarity with CI/CD, infrastructure automation and cloud-native development.\n\nStrong ownership mindset
