The Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of the parts and service departments along with daily branch operations. The primary responsibilities of the position consist of, but are not limited to: \nOversee all aspects of operations\nDrive business to meet forecasted goals while adding growth\nP&L for Parts and Service\nEmployee and customer relations \nMonitor building condition\nInventory control\nFluent in the operations of the Parts and Service department in order to cover for any staff that may be off \nIncorporate Alta's Guiding Principles into daily activities\nIncorporating Safety into daily activities\nPerforms other duties as assigned\nBranch Budget development\nCapEx building upgrade budgets\nConsistent, regular, and reliable attendance including being ready for work at the designated start time\n\nQualifications \nA minimum of 4-6 years of management experience \nBachelor's degree is preferred\nDealership experience is highly preferred\nAbility to effectively lead others\nTime management skills\nComputer Skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Business Intelligence (BI); Crystal Reports, Fleetmatics, PayTrace, Concur, Extend \nLanguage Skills - Intermediate: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. \nMathematical Skills - Intermediate: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. \nReasoning Ability - High: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. \nPhysical Demands/Work Environment: \nPhysical/Sensory Functions: Regularly will talk/hear; Frequently will stand, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms; Occasionally will walk, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. taste/smell \nVision: No special vision requirements \n\nCompensation Range: $90,000-100,000/year plus incentives. This range is regarding base pay only and does not include benefits and potential bonuses.
