This role coordinates key pre-employment and onboarding activities, administers learning in Dayforce, and provides day-to-day administrative support to the Talent team.\nEssential Functions\nCoordinate pre-employment and onboarding activities, monitoring completion of required steps and following up on outstanding items.\nMonitor Form I-9 completion and follow up with new hires and appropriate internal partners on incomplete requirements.\nSend pre-start communications to new hires and managers the week prior to the employee’s start date, ensuring both are prepared for a successful first day.\nCoordinate and facilitate new hire orientation, including scheduling, communications, attendance tracking, presentation delivery, materials, and follow-up.\nSupport the new hire experience from offer acceptance through onboarding, serving as a point of contact for new hires and managers throughout the process.\nAdminister learning activities in Dayforce, including course assignments, completion tracking, content maintenance, and reporting.\nDevelop and update e-learning courses, training materials, job aids, and other learning content as needed.\nProvide administrative support to the recruiting team and maintain accurate candidate and new hire information.\nSupport candidate sourcing and outreach for open positions as time and workload allow.\nSupport Talent projects, hiring events, process improvements, reporting, system updates, and other team initiatives.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nQualifications\n1–2 years of HR, recruiting, onboarding, administrative, or related experience preferred.\nStrong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nEnergetic, personable, and approachable, with the ability to build positive relationships across the organization.\nComfortable speaking in front of groups and facilitating new hire orientation.\nStrong customer service mindset with a focus on providing a positive candidate, employee, and manager experience.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with limited oversight.\nComfortable working in HR systems and learning new technology.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office;
