person\nPrimary Responsibilities\nAnswer both vendor and internal queries\nReview, verify, and enter all invoices\nTrack and process expense reports in compliance with company’s policies and procedures\nProcess cheque runs, and organize mailing to vendors and contractors in a timely manner\nPost and reconcile accounts payable transactions\nMonitor and conduct analysis on accounts to ensure payments are up to date\nCorrespond with vendors and respond to inquiries to resolve invoice discrepancies and issues\nAssist with month end closing and reports\nProvide supporting documentation for audits\nSkills and Qualifications\n3+ years’ experience in an Accounts Payable position\nExposure to multi-currency payables as well as 1099 experience is considered an asset\nComputer Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate Level in Excel)\nExperience utilizing JD Edwards Enterprise One 9.2 software is considered an asset\nStrong attention to detail, accuracy, organizational and administrative abilities\nSelf-motivated to complete tasks both in a team and individual setting\nWilling to take on additional duties as required\nAbility to take initiative to continuously review and improve the processes and information within the department and company\nHigh level of customer service and communication skills\nAbility to effectively manage time and priorities to meet
