This role balances a commitment to exceptional client service with collaboration across internal teams to ensure timely, effective, and customized solutions that drive client success and long-term loyalty.\nKey Responsibilities:\nServe as a trusted client advocate by responding promptly (within 24 hours), communicating clearly, resolving issues proactively, and maintaining strong, professional relationships.\n\nConsult with clients to understand objectives and provide tailored guidance on production planning, genetic services, and animal movement.\n\nCoordinate cross-functionally to deliver timely, efficient solutions, adjust services as goals evolve, and support contracts, agreements, and inventory management.\n\nCommunicate technical results and service outcomes effectively to support confident, informed client decision-making.\n\nBuild long-term partnerships that drive client retention, represent Trans Ova Genetics with integrity, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nSupport domestic shipping of embryos and semen through accurate documentation, organization, and shipping/receiving coordination.\n\nEducation Requirements:\nBachelor’s Degree required;
