internal reports, variance analyses, and financial insights to support leadership decision-making\n\nReconcile intercompany transactions and balances across subsidiaries and affiliates\n\nPartner with internal and external auditors by preparing schedules, documentation, and responding to inquiries\n\nEnsure compliance with GAAP, internal accounting policies, and regulatory requirements\n\nSupport and enhance internal controls, identifying risks and driving continuous process improvements\n\nAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and provide ad hoc financial and operational analysis\n\nSupport ERP enhancements, automation initiatives, and mentor junior team members to improve efficiency and collaboration\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field\n\n3 years of experience in corporate accounting\n\nStrong working knowledge of Canadian and U.S. GAAP\n\nExperience with intercompany accounting processes\n\nExperience supporting audits and working with external auditors\n\nAdvanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, data analysis, and lookups\n\nDemonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nCPA designation or progress toward CPA\n\nExperience in a multi-entity or global organization\n\nExperience with ERP systems such as Oracle JDE or similar platforms\n\nAbility to quickly learn new systems and business processes in a complex
