through dispatch and delivery.\n\nCoordinate freight bookings, courier services, and transport logistics.\n\nRespond to customer enquiries via phone and email.\n\nPartner with Sales, Dispatch, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to support customer needs.\n\nMaintain accurate customer, order, pricing, and deliveryinformation within company systems.\n\nSupport customer invoicing, reporting, and administrative activities.\n\nAssist in resolving customer, inventory, and delivery-related issues.\n\nContribute to a team-focused environment that values continuous improvement and excellent service.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nPrevious experience in customer service, logistics, supply chain, distribution, administration, or a relatedfield.\n\nExperience managing customer requests, orders, or service-related activities.\n\nComfortable communicating with customers and internal stakeholders in a professional manner.\n\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\n\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.\n\nExperience working with ERP, CRM, order management, or business systems is beneficial.\n\nFreight, dispatch, transport, or inventory coordination experience is an advantage.\n\nA positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a
