This role offers a unique balance of strategic partnership and hands-on execution across the full employee lifecycle.\nKey Responsibilities\nPeople Partnership & Business Support\nPartner with APAC leaders to translate business priorities into effective people strategies and action plans.\nProvide trusted guidance on workforce planning, organisational changes, employee relations, and leadership challenges.\nCollaborate with the global URUS People Team to implement enterprise-wide programmes, shared services, and best practices.\nCoordinate regional People initiatives and ensure effective communication, follow-through, and stakeholder support.\nTalent Acquisition & Development\nPartner with hiring managers and the global Talent Acquisition team to support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition activities.\nLead and administer performance management processes, providing coaching and support to managers.\nSupport talent reviews, succession planning, and development initiatives for key talent.\nCoordinate learning and development programmes that enhance employee and leadership capability.\nCulture, Engagement & Organisational Effectiveness\nFoster a high-performing, inclusive, and engaged workplace culture.\nSupport employee engagement initiatives, surveys, action planning, and ongoing communication programmes.\nAssist with organisational design, workforce planning, restructures, and change management initiatives.\nPromote collaboration across regional and global teams within a matrix environment.\nChampion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organisation.\nEmployee Relations, Compliance & Governance\nEnsure compliance with Australian employment legislation and applicable labour regulations across the APAC region.\nProvide guidance on People policies, procedures, and workplace practices.\nManage employee relations matters, including investigations, performance issues, workplace concerns, and corrective actions.\nSupport workplace health and safety requirements, compliance activities, and risk mitigation efforts.\nMaintain accurate records, documentation, and audit-ready processes.\nPeople Analytics & Reporting\nMaintain and analyse workforce metrics, dashboards, and reporting to support decision-making.\nIdentify workforce trends and provide actionable recommendations to leaders.\nMonitor data quality and partner with Shared Services to ensure accurate People data and reporting.\nSupport workforce planning and continuous improvement through data-driven insights.\nPeople Operations & Employee Experience\nManage key employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, probation reviews, and offboarding.\nMaintain employee records, employment documentation, HRIS transactions, and payroll inputs.\nCoordinate benefits administration, leave processes, and employee enquiries.\nServe as a key point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring a positive and consistent employee experience.\nManage regional People calendars, programme logistics, and vendor relationships to ensure successful delivery of People initiatives.\nWhat You'll Bring\n7+ years of progressive Human Resources or People experience, including partnering with leaders in a matrixed organisation.\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.\nDemonstrated experience across employee relations, talent management, performance management, workforce planning, and organisational development.\nStrong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practices.\nExperience working with HRIS platforms such as Oracle, ADP, or similar systems.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide practical recommendations.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.\nProven ability to influence leaders, manage competing priorities, and drive change.\nExceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications.\nA passion for agriculture and the bovine industry is highly
