clients.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nCoordinate domestic and international imports and exports of genetic materials.\nPrepare and review shipping documentation, health certificates, commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork.\nCommunicate with customers, freight forwarders, and internal teams regarding shipment requirements, timelines, and documentation.\nTrack shipments and ensure compliance with import and export requirements.\nProcess invoices and customer payments prior to shipment release.\nSet up and maintain customer accounts, items, and sales orders within ERP systems.\nVerify export eligibility and assist customers with shipping and regulatory requirements.\nSupport customer service activities, storage programs, and domestic order coordination as business needs require.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nOne year of experience in logistics, supply chain, import/export coordination, customer service, or a related field.\nStrong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.\nExcellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage changing priorities.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.\nExperience with import/export processes, customs documentation, or logistics coordination is strongly preferred.\nExperience working with ERP systems, preferably JDE, is preferred.\nAgricultural industry knowledge is an asset but not
