As a recognized subject matter expert, this role plays a key leadership position in the development, negotiation, and execution of complex, high-value commercial agreements while ensuring alignment with project objectives, business priorities, and risk management strategies.\nThis position provides oversight and guidance to team members throughout the contract lifecycle and is accountable for the planning, execution, and administration of procurement and contracting activities, including:\ndevelopment & execution of procurement strategies in alignment with project strategies\nseeks risk mitigation and cost savings opportunities\ncreates and issues POs/ROs to suppliers in accordance with requisitions requirements\nresolves commercial and technical issues\nadvising the business unit on risk mitigation\ndraft and execute high value agreements\nlead disputes and claims\nguide and oversee contract close-out activities\nThe successful candidate will collaborate extensively with internal stakeholders, project teams, suppliers, contractors, and external partners to ensure effective delivery of procurement and contracting services.
