The successful candidate will help translate communication strategies into compelling digital experiences across websites, social media, email communications, and other digital channels, while ensuring content is accurate, accessible, and aligned with brand standards.\nThe position will serve as a key resource for website content management, supporting ongoing updates, content publishing, optimization, and quality assurance across multiple web properties. Training will be provided on relevant systems and publishing platforms.\nIn addition to digital content responsibilities, the role will develop visual assets that enhance communications efforts and support brand consistency. The position will also coordinate external creative vendors, including agencies, photographers, videographers, designers, and production partners to support campaigns and business priorities.\nQualifications\nDegree in Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism, or a related field.\n3-7 years of experience.\nExperience developing and managing digital content across websites, social media, email, and other digital channels.\nStrong writing, editing, and content management skills with an understanding of digital communication best practices.\nExperience with website content management systems and content publishing workflows.\nProficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.\nAbility to create visually engaging content that aligns with brand standards and communication objectives.\nExperience managing multiple projects and balancing competing priorities.\nExperience coordinating and managing external vendors and creative partners.\nStrong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.\nUnderstanding of accessibility, usability, and digital content best practices.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Webflow or similar website platforms.\nKnowledge of SEO, web analytics, and digital content optimization.\nPhotography, videography, and video editing skills.\nExperience supporting regulated, utility, energy, or public service organizations.\nExperience creating content for both internal and external audiences.\nWe offer a competitive salary range of $95,400 to $138,075 per year, commensurate with experience, education, and skills.
