We help some of the world’s most recognized game studios deliver outstanding player experiences through localization, QA testing, audio production, and culturalization services.\nWe are looking for a motivated and proactive Partnership Manager based in Canada to help expand our QA and localization business across North America, with a particular focus on the Canadian gaming market.\nThis role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in business development and client partnerships within the video game industry.\nYOUR ROLE\nIdentify and develop new business opportunities with game studios, publishers, and development partners.\nBuild and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.\nPromote Altagram’s QA (localization, functional, and compliance) testing, localization, and audio services.\nSupport the preparation of proposals, presentations, and commercial offers tailored to client needs.\nMaintain and manage sales opportunities using CRM tools.\nCollaborate closely with project management, QA, localization, audio, and production teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.\nRepresent Altagram at industry events and networking opportunities, including conferences such as GDC, XDS, and MIGS.\nMonitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth within the gaming industry.\nYour profile\n1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, project management, QA, localization, production, or another client-facing role within the video game industry.\nProfessional fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.\nStrong interest in building client relationships and developing new business opportunities.\nUnderstanding of the video game development ecosystem.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nOrganized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.\nPassion for games and the gaming industry. \nNICE TO HAVE\nExperience with QA testing, localization, and audio or other game production services.\nExisting network within the Canadian gaming industry.\nExperience attending or participating in industry events and conferences.\nExperience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot.\nFamiliarity with outsourcing, localization, testing, and/or audio production services.\nWhy us?\nThe heart of our success lies in our powerful, diverse team, strengthened by their care and understanding for each other.
