sessions for end users and IT administrators\nProduce clear documentation including solution designs, as-built configurations, and handover guides\nProvide technical support to customers post-implementation\nTroubleshoot, maintain, and optimize deployed environments\nServe as a trusted technical advisor and escalation point for customer issues\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field\n4-6 years of experience in a Systems Engineer, IT solutions, presales engineering or related IT role\nStrong foundation in IT infrastructure: Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, and Networking.\nRelevant vendor or industry certifications (ITIL, MCSA, CCNA)\nProven ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously\nExcellent communication skills, able to present to both technical teams and business decision-makers\nStrong problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nHands-on experience with ITSM best practices.\nExperience with monitoring systems, virtualization, and data protection solutions\nFamiliarity with cyber security solutions (XDR, NDR, EDR, SIEM) is plus\nFamiliarity with cloud environments (Azure / AWS) is a plus\nFluency in Arabic and English (written and
