The Supervisor effectively communicates with leadership on all process improvement projects. Works in collaboration with Center Managers and the Manager of Nursing ensuring the delivery of the highest quality patient experience.\nMinimum Requirements\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.\n\nMinimum of 2 years Healthcare experience required.\n\nMinimum of 1 year Lead or Supervisory experience in customer facing organization required.\n\nBilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese depending on location preferred.\n\nA minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.\n\nCompensation\n$72,841.60 - $87,409.92 annuallyCompensation Disclaimer\nActual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
